Pizza Hut

Our order was messed up both times we ate here. The first time, they didn't actually cook half of it, told us to wait 30 minutes in the car while they cooked it, after waiting an hour after it was supposed to be ready an employee came out to inform us they didn't have everything. I asked them to refund my $20+ tip since tips are meant for good service. They refused. In the second attempt, we ordered the triple treat box. It just came in a mess of small boxes. The pizzas were cut wrong and had the wrong toppings. I filled out the survey after the second incident and received some form e-mail about how they strive to do better. No discounts or restitution made. My $20+ tip still wasn't refunded. Will likely not return.

Dependable. Hot food at a good value with an online deal. The thing about a strong brand is that as a customer I know what the food is "supposed to" taste like down to texture and spice and there's no way to explain it if the experience varies from my expectations. This location delivers what I expect when I choose Pizza Hut.

Best experience ever!!! I called for a youth group about 90 people to stop in for pizza on a bus ride home. This location went out of their way to make everything perfect. Had 40 pizzas hot and ready and shut down the dining room for us to eat!!! Excellent communication! Staff was super kind and helpful. You don’t find service like this anymore. Highest recommendation possible!

I just had the meatlovers melt. It was delicious! I order from home by the time I get there it's hot and ready to pick up.

This location ALWAYS has excellent customer service, food perfectly prepaired and cooked, fast delivery. Could not ask for more!
